Post 125 - Officials
John Pruso entered United States Army Basic Training in 1969 at Fort Dix, New Jersey. After completing Advanced Individual Training, John served in the 175th Infantry Regiment until 1975. Fun fact... Formed in 1774, with service at Lexington, Concord, and Bunker Hill, the 175th Infantry is the 7th oldest military Regiment in the United States! Since then, John has found homes with Great Bay Distributors (Budweiser) for 29 years and here in the American Legion for 39 years. John is quick to admit, "I like being part of the organization and helping out when I can."
